Optimizing nitrogen and phosphorus levels boosts isabgol yield significantly.
The study looked at how different levels of nitrogen and phosphorus affected the growth and yield of isabgol plants. They found that the tallest plants were grown with 75 kg of nitrogen and 30 kg of phosphorus per hectare. The highest number of stems, leaves, spikes, and seeds per plant, as well as the most seeds and plant material produced, were seen with 50 kg of nitrogen and 30 kg of phosphorus per hectare.
