Feasible elimination procedures are important in creating fair social choice systems. This paper identifies key rules for these procedures: anonymity, Maskin monotonicity, and independent blocking. These rules work together to ensure that everyone's preferences are considered and that the outcome is stable. The study also shows that these rules are separate and don't rely on each other.
