The article introduces a new model called BPIM to help manage data from different business process management systems. This model organizes information about running business processes into three main categories: the path the process takes, details about the process, and the actual data involved. By using this model, organizations can better understand and analyze their business processes, even when using multiple BPMS tools. This makes it easier to store and access data related to ongoing business activities.
