The article discusses a new framework called Value-Based Software Quality Analysis, which focuses on meeting the quality requirements of software systems by integrating stakeholder values. The framework helps define quality attributes, metrics, models, and development processes based on the business values generated for stakeholders. By applying this framework to different software projects, including e-service, space exploration, and ERP systems, it has been shown to be effective in achieving mutually satisfactory quality requirements.
