A new energy-efficient model based on the PMV method was tested for controlling air conditioning systems in tropical regions. By inputting a PMV value, the system adjusts parameters to create a comfortable environment according to ISO 7730 standards. Human subjects' feedback showed over 91% agreement with the model's settings, proving its effectiveness in reducing energy consumption while maintaining thermal comfort. Further testing is recommended before widespread use.
