Weed-free Indian mustard fields yield higher seed production, revolutionizing agriculture.
A study on weed management in Indian mustard found that using oxyfluorfen, fluchloralin, and hand-weeding significantly reduced weed growth and increased seed yield. Two hand-weedings were the most effective method, followed by oxyfluorfen and fluchloralin treatments. The research was conducted over two winter seasons and showed that proper weed control methods can greatly improve crop yield in Indian mustard.
