The article introduces a new way to group data points together called a hierarchical clustering algorithm. This method aims to create clusters of data points that are similar to each other within the cluster but different from points in other clusters. The researchers developed a new algorithm using Euclidean distance and tested it on different types of datasets. The results of their experiments showed that the new method performed well compared to existing clustering methods.
