Boosting Social Enterprise Workers' Commitment Leads to Improved Organizational Performance
The study analyzed how workers' commitment in social enterprises affects the organization's performance through their behavior and engagement. Surveys were conducted in Busan and Ulsan with 75 social enterprises. The results showed that workers' commitment directly influences their behavior, which in turn impacts the economic and social performance of the social enterprise. Organizational citizenship behavior plays a mediating role in this relationship. The study confirms the importance of employee engagement and behavior in enhancing the overall performance of social enterprises.
