Studies on global warming and climate change in Nigeria have increased significantly in the past twenty years. A review of fifty three studies was conducted to understand the current state of research and identify gaps. The main goal was to establish the consensus among Nigerian scientists on climate change issues. The studies were categorized, significant contributions were discussed, and research methods were evaluated. Key findings include identifying common agreements among scientists and suggesting new directions for future research in the field.
