Revolutionary Trickling Filter Eliminates Septic Tank Odors, Improving Air Quality
Researchers designed a trickling filter to get rid of bad smells from septic tanks by measuring hydrogen sulfide levels. They found that the filter could remove up to 99.9% of the hydrogen sulfide when operating optimally. The amount of cooked food and temperature affected how much hydrogen sulfide was removed. The trickling filter system was effective and affordable for eliminating hydrogen sulfide from septic tanks.
