Manufacturing companies face challenges in planning long-term sustainable strategies. A method was developed to help companies design scenarios for future business strategies by using existing sustainability scenarios. By applying this method to a solar panel business scenario, detailed business environments were described, leading to the identification of multiple business strategies. The method also helped clarify the logical structure of the scenario, making it easier to understand the reasoning behind the chosen strategies.
