The article discusses how legal entities can be held responsible for illegal actions, not just individuals. As businesses and organizations have become more involved in illegal activities, laws have been created to hold them accountable. In Serbia, criminal liability for legal entities was introduced recently, making the country align with European standards. The three main forms of tort liability for legal entities are misdemeanor liability, economic leap responsibility, and criminal liability. This legal framework aims to regulate and punish illegal actions committed by businesses and organizations.
