The researchers studied how adding organic manures and microbial inoculants on top of regular fertilizers affects wheat production and profits. They tested different combinations on wheat crops over two winter seasons. The results showed that using vermicompost, FYM, Azotobacter, and PSB along with regular fertilizers significantly increased wheat yield and profits. The best combination included vermicompost, Azotobacter, and PSB, which led to the highest grain and straw yields, as well as gross and net income. This approach improved wheat production by up to 27.90% compared to using only regular fertilizers.
