Climate change poses a serious threat to sustainable development in the Asia-Pacific region due to increased extreme weather events. Despite significant international climate finance, there is still a growing gap in funding needed to address climate change effectively. The paper examines the current state of climate finance in the region, including funds from international sources, development banks, and local initiatives. The goal is to help policymakers understand the climate finance landscape and provide recommendations for mobilizing funds to combat climate change.
