The researchers studied how different combinations of organic waste can improve compost quality. They used various types of municipal solid waste and agricultural waste, enriched with manure, ash, and microorganisms. The compost had different levels of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and organic matter. The best combination for high-quality compost was rice straw and market waste, meeting the Indonesian standard.
