India's Trade Growth Surpasses China, Urgent Need to Boost Exports.
The study looked at trade between India and China from 1995 to 2008. They found that trade between the two countries grew a lot, with India's exports to China increasing quickly. India's trade growth was slower than China's at first, but since 2002, it has been even higher. India mainly exports raw materials and imports manufactured goods, which might not be good in the long run. The balance of trade is not good for India, so they need to focus on exporting more manufactured goods to China.
