The study found that mixing sawdust and rice husk for composting can increase temperature and improve the quality of the decomposition material. The mixture with a ratio of 6 parts sawdust to 4 parts rice husk decomposed most effectively. The C/N ratio should be less than 0.5 for successful composting of organic waste.
