The study looked at how different types and amounts of graphite affect the properties of thermal conductive composites. They found that as more graphite was added, the physical properties of the composites changed. Composites with expanded graphite had higher thermal conductivity compared to those with expandable or crushed expandable graphite. The temperature rise of the composites during compression fatigue testing was linked to their thermal conductivity.
