A risk control system for meso-information system audits is needed in China. The paper uses the COBIT framework and data mining theory to create a detailed control framework for managing audit risks. By exploring data mining techniques, a mining process is developed to analyze every detail standard within the control framework. The integration of these steps results in a risk control system suitable for meso-economic characteristics.
