The article compares legal method and research method of law to clarify the skills and ways of thinking used by jurists in implementing law. The focus is on finding effective systems and ways of thinking in the law implementation process. The research in our country aims to solve specific problems related to the rule of law, different from broader research methods. This unique approach highlights the value of studying legal method.
