A new regression algorithm called Iterated Bagging was developed to make more accurate predictions by reducing errors in data analysis. By using multiple networks and adjusting them randomly, the algorithm was able to decrease both the variance and bias in predictions. This method was tested on different datasets and showed improved accuracy in predicting outcomes.
