A new method for image segmentation has been developed using an improved way to divide regions in a two-dimensional histogram. By adjusting the angles of two dividing lines, more accurate segmentation results can be achieved. This method is more effective at handling noise and can be applied to various thresholding techniques. The experiments showed that this approach is not only more precise in segmenting images but also more resistant to noise, making it a valuable tool for practical applications.
