New Laws Combat Intellectual Property Crimes, Impacting Global Trade
Intellectual property rights vary between countries due to differences in society, economy, culture, and technology. In our country, intellectual property rights are considered civil rights with unique characteristics. The revised panel code outlines seven specific crimes related to intellectual property rights, requiring four essential conditions to be met for these crimes to be committed. Understanding and enforcing these laws is crucial for handling criminal activities related to intellectual property rights, especially as we join the WTO.
