Eutrophication in Dianshan Lake Alleviated, Blue-Green Algal Blooms Decrease Every Summer
The study analyzed the eutrophication of Dianshan Lake using water quality data from 2008 to 2010. Results show that eutrophication has decreased since 2008, with varying levels across different areas of the lake. The main indicators of eutrophication, such as nutrient concentrations and algal blooms, have decreased over time. The southeastern area of the lake has the least eutrophication due to ecosystem recovery efforts. Overall, the lake's ecosystem is gradually improving, but more work is needed for long-term stability and health.
