Increasing the amount of phosphorus applied to wheat fields can boost the growth and yield of both strong gluten and weak gluten wheat. This increase has no significant impact on the weight of the grains but does affect the variety of wheat and the rate of black Plumule. While it doesn't change the nutrient quality of strong gluten wheat, it does decrease the nutrient quality of weak gluten wheat. However, it does improve the processing quality of both types of wheat. The ideal phosphorus application rate for high-yield wheat fields in north Henan province is between 90-180 kg/ha.
