Tidal flow model predicts sediment movement in Yinzhouhu waters
A model was created to study how sediment moves in Yinzhouhu waters during tides. The model used data on water flow and sediment to simulate how fine particles move in the water. The results showed that tides in Yinzhouhu waters mainly flow back and forth along the navigation channel. The main factors affecting the water movement are runoff and tides. The model was effective in predicting how sediment and tides interact in the water, which can help with practical projects in the area.
