The study compares how different countries handle the legal responsibility of professionals towards third parties. In the UK and US, it's mainly based on tort law, in Germany on contract law, and in France on a third category. The researchers suggest that our country should treat third party liability of professionals as tort law and create detailed rules for it in our laws.
