The article explores a method to turn qualitative analysis into quantitative results in War Design Engineering. By combining both types of analysis, the researchers developed a way to check the consistency of strategies through quantitative analysis. They also devised a method to convert qualitative analysis into quantitative outcomes. Through an example, they demonstrated the effectiveness of this approach.
