The researchers tested a bait containing 0.005% Bromodiolone to see how well it killed albino rats and if the rats found it tasty. They found that the bait was very effective, with a 100% killing rate in tests, and most rats died between 6-8 days after eating it. The rats also seemed to like the bait, giving it a palatability coefficient of 0.63. Overall, the bait was both effective at killing rats and appealing to them.
