New model revolutionizes cost estimation for information systems operation projects!
The article presents a study on creating a model to estimate the operating costs of information systems. Different types of system management projects were analyzed, such as application system operation and network management. Cost factors for each project type were identified, and models were tested with real project data. The results showed that the models are statistically significant. Feedback from user groups was also collected. This research provides a foundation for future studies on estimating operating costs and can guide cost estimation for information systems projects.
