The study looked at how natural wetlands can clean up pollution from farms in the Hamatong river basin. They checked the levels of nitrogen and phosphorus in reed plants, wetland water, and sediment. The results showed that the wetlands reduced nitrogen by 80.36% and phosphorus by 61.90%.
