The study looked at how adding organic manure to wind-blown soil affects humic acid levels. Results showed that using organic matter increased humic acid content in the soil. However, the ratio of humic acid to humus decreased with organic manure application. The E4/E6 ratio didn't change much with organic manure, but it was higher than in untreated soil.
