The article discusses how Inner Mongolia Power Company is facing challenges in managing technical renovation projects due to their increasing scale. To address this, a project reserve management mode is introduced, focusing on project lifecycle management and evaluation. By using Project Portfolio Management (PPM), a more comprehensive evaluation index system is established, which speeds up the evaluation process through unified scoring and standardized procedures.
