Polluted Rivers Around Nansi Lake Cleaned Up, Improving Lives of Millions
The study analyzed the water quality of rivers around Nansi Lake from 2000 to 2010. Results showed that the levels of CODCr and NH3-H decreased over the years, with significant improvements in water quality by 2010. However, some rivers still did not meet water quality standards, especially in industrial and urban areas. The research also found that water quality varied throughout the year due to factors like hydrology and pollution sources.
