The article analyzes different methods for calculating energy-saving effectiveness in high-energy consumption enterprises. By focusing on production value unit consumption and product consumption, the study found that prioritizing these factors provides a more accurate reflection of energy-saving effects. Using frequency modulation technology for pumps in power plants as an example, the research shows that improving energy comprehensive utilization through technical transformations and innovative management can enhance energy-saving outcomes.
