The article discusses China's experience with credit-asset securitization since 2005 and the lessons learned from the U.S. sub-prime mortgage crisis. It highlights the importance of asset securitization in building a strong financial system and identifies six key ways to avoid risks in asset-backed securities and credit-asset securitization in China.
