The study analyzed wetlands in Jiangxi province to plan conservation areas based on their natural features and functions. Three main regions were identified: Poyang Lake, lower reaches of 5 rivers, and middle and upper reaches of 5 rivers and reservoirs. Each region has specific goals and actions to protect their unique ecosystems.
