Scientists reviewed climate change projections using different models and emission scenarios. They found that global climate models show a consistent pattern of global warming and increased precipitation in East Asia over the 21st century. To improve regional details, downscaling techniques were used. Despite uncertainties, the projections suggest a warmer future with changes in precipitation patterns. The focus now is on enhancing climate change projections in China.
