New simulation method boosts efficiency of solar power systems in changing conditions
The study aimed to improve the efficiency of solar panels by developing a method to track the point where they produce the most power. By creating a model of a solar cell and using software to simulate its performance under different conditions, the researchers found that a control method called conductance increment can quickly and accurately adjust the solar panel to maximize power output. This method is effective in ensuring stable and precise power generation even when environmental conditions change.
