The study looked at sport-lottery consumers in China to see how their purchase intentions and amounts are related, and how satisfaction affects this. They found that higher satisfaction with the lottery purchase leads to lower effects on the amounts spent. Satisfaction with lottery design and sales environment affects the relationship between purchase intentions and amounts, but satisfaction with lottery management does not. The study suggests some ways to improve the management of sports lottery in China.
