The study analyzed plant communities in Zengziyan on Jinfo Mountain using a method called rerefraction curve. Results showed lower species richness, diversity, and evenness in areas closer to human settlements and at lower elevations. The degradation of plant communities in Zengziyan was attributed to overgrazing and timber mining.
