The study looked at recycling wastewater in a university to see if it's possible. They used a university in Shaanxi as an example and found that most wastewater can be recycled, except for toilet and kitchen wastewater. By using a certain technology, the university can save money and have enough clean water for its needs. Overall, recycling wastewater in universities is both necessary and doable.
