A study tested slow-controlled release fertilizer on honeyed shaddock. The fertilizer increased the fruit yield by 4.76% compared to regular fertilization. It also raised the soluble sugar, soluble solids, and vitamin C content in the fruit. The slow-release fertilizer resulted in higher economic benefits compared to regular and formulated fertilization methods.
