The study looked at how to make bread by steaming and baking. They tested different factors like how long to roll the dough, how long to let it rise, and how hot and long to bake it. The results showed that the baking temperature and time, as well as the fermentation time, had the biggest impact on the bread's quality. Rolling the dough had less of an effect. The best way to make bread was found to be baking it at 170 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes, letting it rise for 60 minutes, and rolling the dough for 20 minutes.
