The article discusses the current state of Chinese cross-country skiing, highlighting both achievements and areas for improvement compared to the global standard. It identifies issues such as a lack of professional teams and skiers at the world level, as well as insufficient ski resorts and equipment. To enhance Chinese cross-country skiing, the article suggests including short distance events in national games, increasing social participation, improving international communication, providing better scientific support, developing domestic skiing equipment, and promoting skiing in schools.
