The study found that property income for residents in Zhejiang province is increasing faster than other sources of income like wages and operating income. This growth in property income is due to factors like economic development, investment habits, and a strong social security system. Zhejiang residents have the highest property income among all provinces in China. To further increase property income, suggestions include reforming property ownership systems and regulating the capital market.
