The lack of trust is a big problem in online auctions, especially reverse auctions. To tackle this issue, a trust model was created for online reverse auctions. This model focuses on information providers, buyers, and suppliers to build trust. Suggestions were also given to help prevent trust issues in online reverse auctions.
