Xinjiang's Poverty Crisis: Tackling Ethnic, Ecological, and Institutional Challenges
Alleviating poverty in Xinjiang's state poverty countries is challenging due to economic, social, and political factors. Most of these countries are in the south, with high poverty rates, a large minority population, and financial issues. The study identified six types of poverty, including ecological, regional, and ethnic poverty. To address these challenges, the researchers suggest integrating resources, empowering communities, and improving public services.
