The article discusses the idea of organizing a Sanda competition at Shenyang Institute of Physical Education based on successful experiences from other competitions. The researchers studied feedback from students and staff in the Wushu department to assess the feasibility of the competition. They also developed a competition routine tailored to the students' training level. To ensure safety, they chose a routine from a national Sanda competition to help students perform well.
