An integrated system called VCD-ICAE was developed to design vehicle body structures more efficiently. This system combines different technologies like Computer Aided Engineering, templates, parametrics, and optimization to quickly create and analyze body models. It helps calculate stiffness and modal properties of the body, and optimizes sections to improve performance. The system can generate the best design plan for vehicle bodies and support the entire design process effectively. It was successfully tested in an actual car design, proving its validity.
